申請時間：113年5月14日至6月12日

準備資料：申請表及備審資料(研究計畫書、歷年成績單、指導教授推薦信)

1. 申請表請至校務資訊系統下載，需經原單位指導教授、主管同意，送至註冊組。
2. 其他備審資料請送至本學程辦公室。

備審資料：

(1)研究計畫書

(2)歷年成績單

(3)指導教授推薦信

收件後學程會安排面試程序，請與辦公室聯繫。

Application for Changing Major in Academic Year 2024
Date: From May 14, 2023 to June 12, 2024

Please fill in the application form from academic information System and print it out. The application form should be duly approved by the Chair and the advising professor.The application forms shall be sent to the Division of Registration before June 12, 2024.

Other submittals shall be sent to the BAI office before June 12, 2024..( Room 210 , Administrative Building  MS.Wang)

Other submittals include,
1) Research Plan
2) Transcripts
3) The recommendation letter from the expected advisor

The office will arrange an interview after applying.
The announcement from the division of registration
