1.以「統計與機器學習概論 一」或「統計與機器學習概論 二」為資格考課程，需及格且成績在全班前20%以內。若班級人數為4人以下則成績須為第一名才算通過考核。

3.在前三年修業期間，發表第一(或共同第一)作者論文者，經學程委員會開會同意可抵資格考(但抵用之論文不可同時作為畢業規定之論文之一部分)。
