應徵資格 –

1. 英文口說讀寫流利，需要能與全英文學程中的外籍老師及學生流暢溝通。
2. 樂於溝通與學習，也樂於學習如何溝通。
3. 有大學、研究單位或政府機關行政工作經驗尤佳。
4. 全職或兼職均可。兼職每週需至少工作2.5天。

薪資 –

兼職每週2.5天：20,000 – 25,000 NTD

全職：40,000 – 45,000 NTD

Biomedical Artificial Intelligence (BAI) PhD Program Manager Recruitment

The Biomedical Artificial Intelligence (BAI) PhD Program is Taiwan’s first PhD program specializing in AI-driven biomedical research. Built on National Tsing Hua University’s strong foundations in science, engineering, information technology, and life sciences, this program is a key milestone in realizing the university’s vision for biomedical advancements.

The BAI program, conducted entirely in English, is dedicated to cultivating top talents in AI-driven biomedical design and applications. It features Taiwan’s first dual-supervisor system and laboratory rotation program, in the University setting, along with dedicated scholarships funded by alumni. The program is also integrated with NVIDIA’s JIC platform for AI teaching and research computation, as well as international medical institutions, offering a collaborative research and education environment for PhD students.

We are now sincerely seeking an administrative secretary to grow with us. The BAI Program Secretary will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to the PhD program, including but not limited to:

       •      Admissions (poster design, website updates, outreach, etc.)

       •      Entrance examinations and enrollment processes

       •      Course and faculty support

       •      Faculty recruitment

       •      Student affairs and other program-related tasks

Qualifications:

       1.    Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – must be able to communicate smoothly with international faculty and students in an all-English academic program.

       2.    Strong communication and learning skills – open to improving communication strategies.

       3.    (optional) Experience in university, research institutions, or government administration is preferred.

       4.    Full-time and part-time positions are available. For part-time roles, a minimum of 2.5 working days per week is required.

Salary:

       •      Part-time (2.5 days per week): NTD 20,000 – 25,000

       •      Full-time: NTD 40,000 – 45,000
